Sign into the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Search for your product using the product search bar
- The below screen will then be displayed

Select the Pricing tab from the side bar

The below screen is then displayed and broken down into three sections:
- Cost Price Type
- Add a New Cost Price
- Dispense Price Points
Cost Price Type
Avg Purchasing Cost: The cost price worked out over time. Each time you check in an order or complete a stock transfer, this average cost price is recalculated. This average cost price is used for reporting profitability.

This can be changed by selecting the
button.

The following screen is then displayed

Here it will display the Current Cost Price & allow you to set a New Cost Price
Latest Cost Price: The most recently purchased price from the supplier (the delivered price in the orders). Each time the product is ordered the Latest Cost Price is updated with the new List Cost Price.
List Cost Price: This gets updated by the IPU File, Product Imports, Advance Search & Product Updates.
- You can view the history by selecting the
button beside List or Latest Cost Price
Add a new Cost Price

You can add a new cost price to your product by using the 'choose cost price dropdown

You can add any of the following:
- Latest Cost Price
- List Cost Price
- Local Price
- Nett Cost

Once selected, enter in your cost price and click Add
Dispense Price Points
This section allows you to add the following: Dispense Fee, Expected Markup, Container Charge and Broken Bulk Rate to your product.
When you add a price point to your product, this means that the scheme pricing details are ignored when dispensing and will use any of the following details you have added to your product instead.

You can add a Price Point by selecting the ' + Add New Dispense Price Point' button

The below screen will then be displayed
- In the below example I have given my product a Dispense Fee of €10.00 so when I dispense this item it will ignore my standard fee set on my scheme and will use the €10.00 fee instead.
Please Note: If 'Override price points' is ticked on any of your schemes, the price point will be ignored
