To see any HRT items dispensed, you will need to run the Dispense Analysis report and filter it to display any GMS numbers that are covered under the HRT Schemes. Below will detail how to do this.

To run this report:

• Navigate to Modules -> Data Viewer

• Sign in using your dispensary PIN number

• Select the Dispensing module

• Select the Dispense Analysis report - select it again from the blue bar

• Select a From and To date

• Click Run Report

• A report similar to the below will then be displayed

• You will now need to filter the report to show HRT items. You can do this by filtering by the GMS numbers that are covered under the HRT Schemes(GMS, DPS, EM & GR).

To do this:

• Click on the Edit Filter button on the top left

• Using the box displayed below, click on the + symbol and using the dropdown, select GMS No.

• Using the dropdown that has generated beside GMS No, select "Is any of"

• In the "enter value" box, type in the GMS no(s) you want to filter by. Continue this until you're happy you have entered all GMS no's

• Select Apply

• The report will then generate with any dispenses where these GMS number(s) were used

• If you would like to save this report so you don't need to apply this filter again in the future, click on the Save as New button on the top right.

• The "Save Layout As" box will then be displayed. Enter in a name for the report - see below example

• Click Save

• The next time you want to run this report, select the Dispensing Module, select the Dispense Analysis report and select the report you saved. See below example
