How to create Account Groups
This section allows you to create account groups. If you have a Nursing Home account set up, for example, you can link every patient within this nursing home to the appropriate Group Account.
- To create the Group account, select the 'Config' tile from the back office home screen
- Select 'Group Accounts' from the side bar

Enter the 'Group Name'

Select 'Type':
- Account
- Loyalty

For the Loyalty type you can set a Loyalty Point Multiplier so if a customer is part of a group, they can earn more (or less) points than a customer who is not in the group.

You can set up as many groups as you like but a customer can only be part of one group.

From the back office home screen select Accounts

'Customer Accounts' are displayed

Click on the Pencil icon beside the account you with to assign the group to

Using the 'Group' dropdown - select the Group you wish to assign the account to
