How to Create Dosage Codes

• Select Modules -> Configuration

  

• Select 'Dosages'

• The 'Maintain Dosage Codes' box will then be displayed

• Click 'Insert'

• The 'Insert Dosage Code' box will then be displayed.

• Enter in the 'Code' and the 'Description'

• Click 'Next to insert another dosage code or 'OK' to save and close this box

How to Create Dosage Codes from the Dispense Screen

• Search for your patient and click 'New Script'

• Enter in the item you need to dispense

• Double click the 'Dosage' box

• The 'Maintain Dosage Codes' box will then appear

• Complete the same steps as above

How to Edit Dosage Codes

• When the 'Maintain Dosage Codes' box appears, highlight the dosage code you want to edit

• Click the 'Edit' button

• Make your changes and click 'OK' to save
