This feature allows you to bulk update products e.g. Preferred Supplier, Stock Category , Product Status etc. The below will detail how to perform a bulk update.

• Open Touchstore Rx

• Select Modules -> Product Maintenance

• Enter in you PIN number

• Select Bulk Update from the blue bar

• Search for your product(s) you wish to update

• You can select one product by highlighting it and pressing Select or you can select all Products that came back in the search by pressing Select All

• If you choose to Select All the following message will be displayed, click Yes to this message to continue

• The next screen, as displayed below, will display your selected product(s)

• From here you can select what you would like to do. For example, if you want to move the product(s) to another supplier, select the preferred supplier from the supplier dropdown and click OK

• When complete, the following message will be displayed - click OK
