Navigate to the patient's PMR

Click Edit (F3) or press (KEYBOARD: F3)

Tick the DS box, highlighted below
- The following message will then be displayed. Click Yes to continue or No to cancel
- Once completed, the patient's PMR will no longer appear in the patient search
What do I do If I have inadvertently marked a patient as deceased?

Patients who are marked as Deleted or Deceased, their PMR's are hidden by default

To unmark a patient as deceased, you will first need to navigate to Modules -> Configuration
- Select the Application tab
- Untick the Hide Deceased Patients tick box
- Now search for the patient again using the patient search

Click Edit (F3) or press (KEYBOARD: F3)

Untick the DS box

Press OK
NOTE: Go back to Modules -> Configuration -> Application and retick the Hide Deceased Patients setting
