• Navigate to the patient's PMR

• Click Edit (F3) or press (KEYBOARD: F3)

• Tick the DS box, highlighted below

• The following message will then be displayed. Click Yes to continue or No to cancel

• Once completed, the patient's PMR will no longer appear in the patient search

What do I do If I have inadvertently marked a patient as deceased?

• Patients who are marked as Deleted or Deceased, their PMR's are hidden by default

• To unmark a patient as deceased, you will first need to navigate to Modules -> Configuration

• Select the Application tab

• Untick the Hide Deceased Patients tick box

• Now search for the patient again using the patient search

• Click Edit (F3) or press (KEYBOARD: F3)

• Untick the DS box

• Press OK

NOTE: Go back to Modules -> Configuration -> Application and retick the Hide Deceased Patients setting
