You can now set Loyalty Points on a Product(s). If you want customers to earn a certain amount of points on the product(s) when purchased, you can do this by going to:
How to set Loyalty Points on a Product

Go to the Retail365 home screen

Scan the product barcode or manually type in the product name into the search

Select the General Information tab

Scroll down to Loyalty Points

Enter the number of points you want the customer to receive when the product is purchased, as displayed below

Click

The message below will then be displayed temporarily to let you know the products have been updated
How to set Loyalty Points on Products in Bulk
- On the Retail365 Home screen, click on the advanced search icon

From here, you'll be able to make advanced searches with multiple filters. - Click here to see How to Make an Advanced Search

You can either add a filter or use the Contains option

In the Contains box, start typing a keyword that the products have in common, i.e., L'Oreal , and the list of products will be displayed as seen in the screenshot below

Alternatively, you can click on
and select the appropriate filter, i.e Supplier, select the supplier & press

Your products will then be displayed to you

You can leave all products blank if you wish to apply a Loyalty Point to all, or just tick the boxes beside the products you do want to add a loyalty point to, as seen below
- Then click on the
icon to bring up the Multi Product Quick Edit as displayed below

Enter a value into the Loyalty Points box and then press

The message below will then be temporarily displayed to let you know this has been added successfully
