There are two ways of enabling or disabling your labels & Receipts.

1. Disabling/Enabling from a PMR

• From any PMR to disable or enable the Bag Label, Drug Label, or Receipts, on your keyboard click:

  • CTRL Shift + B to disable the Bag Labels, repeat to enable
  • CTRL Shift + L to disable to Drug Labels, repeat to enable
  • CTRL Shift & R to disable the Receipts, repeat to enable

• When either of the above is ENABLED, they will be a light-coloured blue as displayed below.

• When either of the above are Disabled they will be a dark-coloured blue as displayed below

2. Disabling/Enabling from the Configuration module

• To do this, go to Modules -> Configuration

• Select the Label Printing tab from the blue bar

• The screen below will then be displayed to you

• On the bottom section of the above screen, you will see the Label Printing section

• Untick Print Drug Labels & Untick Print Bag Labels to Disable them or retick them to Enable them again

• To Enable or Disable Receipts, untick or retick Print Receipts
