How to Place Order Items on Hold

• Go to Modules -> Orders

• Enter in your PIN number

• The below screen will then be displayed. Your preferred supplier order list is displayed.

  • To select a different supplier, use the supplier dropdown

• Select the item you want to place on hold and select the Hold button

• The item will then be placed on hold an will have a status of "Items to Hold"

How to Take Order Items Off Hold

• Select the item(s) and press the Un-hold Items button

• The item will then be placed back on the order
