HO Syncing Settings

This tab allows Head Office to control what information gets synced with the Local Stores when 'Sync Products with Local Stores' is run from the 'product Exports-> Retail Product Exports' screen. You can access these setting by going to:

Config > HO Sync Settings

• The below screen is then displayed to you.

• When any of the above are ticked, the information will be synced with the lower stores straight away.

Supplier Exclusions

• If there are certain suppliers that you wish to exclude from syncing, you will select them from the supplier dropdown

Product Export - Till Exports Tab

Product export function in head office allows you to sync products to your local stores immediately. The sync covers any of the head office sync settings you have set as detailed above.

• To locate this section sign into the Back office & Select 'Product Exports'

• Clicking 'Sync Products with Local Stores' will sync any changes you have made on the back office to the local store straight away

Scheduling a Product Export

You can create and schedule an export for any day of the week. It covers at present two areas of product type:

• Promotion: You can schedule when a promotion starts and ends
• Special Offer: You can schedule an export for when a special offer starts and ends.

• Click the 'Scheduled product exports' button

• The following box is then displayed

• You tick your choice and then you tick the day you wish to create the export automatically for and then you press the 'create automated export' button. This then creates the export at midnight of the day you have chosen and is available in the local store the following morning.
