Specify the date range and number of products to be displayed, and select the stores to include in the report. The report can be further filtered by supplier, manufacturer, sales group, or brand, with the option to include or exclude specific selections.

The top-selling product lines are displayed in descending order by quantity sold. For each product, the report displays the current stock level, quantity sold, sales value, and profit. The results can also be filtered by ranges within any of the displayed columns. Product names can be selected to access additional product functions and information.

To run this report:

Go to Reports in the Back Office

Then Navigate to Sales

Then select the Top Selling Lines (By Qty Sold) report. An option screen like this will appear.

Enter your date range and any other filter information you require. Make sure you input the number of products, e.g. 100 top sellers. Then press Run Report. A report like this will appear.

To print or save the report, use the functions at the top right of the page.
