How to Create an SMS Template

• Select the 'Config' tile from the Back Office

• Select 'SMS Templates' on the black bar

• Click

• Enter a name in to 'Template Name'

• Type in your SMS template in to the 'SMS Template' box - see example below

• You also have 'Placeholder' options

• You can use the placeholders to insert store or customer-specific details into the email. The placeholders will be replaced with the real information when the email is generated and sent to the customer.

  • Loyalty System Description - This is the name you have given to your loyalty system
  • Company Name - This is the name of your company (this may differ from the store name)
  • Customer Name - This is the first name of the customer who has just signed up
  • Store Name - This is the name of your store
  • Opt-Out Message - This will add "Reply STOP to opt-out" to your message
    • When sending an SMS to customer's who have opted out, you will receive the below warning
