• To Access Not On File (NOF) go to the Rx365 back office & select Not On File

• This screen shows products from the IPU catalog that do not exist on your product file. Using the below filters allows you to select products in this catalog and import them into your product file.

You can filter your search by:

• IPU Code: Allows you to search for a product via its IPU Code
• Product Name: Allows you to search for a product via its (only a portion of the name is needed e.g Atorv)
• GMS Number: Allows you to search for a product via its Product GMS Number
• Manufacturer Name: Allows you to search for a product by Manufacturer
• Strength: Allows you to search for a product by Strength
• Pack Size: Allows you to search for a product by Pack Size
• Generic Name: Allows you to search by the Generic of a product
• Authorisation: Allows you to search by Authorisation number of the product

• Once you have entered your search criteria into any of the above filters, click the button

• If the product is on the file and not on your system, you will see the below (NEED TO ADD IMAGE) - Clic Import Product to add the product to your existing product file

• If the product is not on the file, you will see "There are no products that match your search criteria"

• This section also allows you to set up New Products that do not have a barcode and are not on the IPU Catalog. To do this:

  • Click
  • From this screen, fill out the product details. See example below

• In the above screenshot you will see a tick box that says "Do not track stock levels for this product" This is ONLY to be ticked if you o not track stock levels for this specific product.

• An example of this would be GMS LEVY. Once ticked this cannot be undone

• Click to complete the product setup
