• Category Sales & Profitability - Select a category level, date range, and store (or stores). The report details the total gross sales, VAT, and profit margin for the selected date range, stores, and category level. The profit margin is shown by value and percentage and is calculated from the average cost at the time of each sale.

To run this report:

Navigate to the 'Reports' tile in the back office and select Sales and the 'Category Sales and Profitability' report.

A screen will appear that looks like this.

Fill in the date range, Level (level 2 recommended), and then press Run once all details are completed.

A report like this example will then appear.

You can print/export to Excel by using the function buttons on the top right of the screen
