NOTE: There is a limited number of characters you can enter into an SMS. The limit is 160 characters. This is only an estimate. When using placeholders it is not possible to calculate this figure accurately because the placeholders are replaced when the SMS message is generated.
How to send an SMS to a Loyalty Customer

Sign into the Back Office

Select Accounts
- Select 'Loyalty Accounts'
- Search for the customer using the 'filter the list option' OR tick the box beside the loyalty customer you wish to send the SMS to
- Select the SMS button

The below screen is then displayed to you

The message at the top of the screen includes the maximum number of SMS messages you can send based on your current credits.
- Select your template from the template dropdown or manually type in the SMS
- Press 'Send' to send it straight away or choose a Date & Time to send it
- once chosen, this will then go into the 'Scheduled Messages' tab
