If HO Syncing is enabled in Store Settings, then products will be automatically synced with the Lower Stores when Head Office creates a Product Export. Here you can disable some attributes from being synced automatically
To view this:
- Open Retail365 and search for your product using the Product Search box

Select the HO updates Tab

The screen below will then be displayed to you
