How to Create a New Supplier To Transmit via Rx

• Select Modules-> Configuration

• Select 'Suppliers'

• The 'Maintain Suppliers' bow will then appear. Click Insert

• The 'Insert Supplier'screen will then be displayed

• You will need to fill out the following:

  • Trading Name
  • Short Name
  • Tick the 'Supplier' box
  • Tick 'Active'
  • Set the 'Default Ordering Method' as Broadband from the dropdown
  • Enter in the BB Username and BB Password
    • You will need to get the BB Username & Password from the suppliers first before this can be set up

• Once all details are filled out press 'OK' to save

How to Edit an Existing Supplier

• After selecting Suppliers from the Configuration tab and the 'Maintain Suppliers' box appears, search for the supplier you want to edit using the search box

• Highlight the supplier and click edit

• Make your changes and then press OK to save
