Patient records that have been marked as Deleted or Deceased are hidden by default. The below will detail how to unhide these records.
- Select Modules -> Configuration
- Select the Application tab
- Untick the Hide Deleted or Hide Deceased tick box
- You can now search for the patients PMR using the patient search
NOTE: Tick the box(s) again to hide these records
