Please note, you must have the Touchstore Android Handheld to use this feature.
WHEN USING THE SCRIPT LOCATOR FUNCTION, YOU MUST BE SIGNED IN USING YOUR RX365 BACK OFFCIE LOGINS.
- Select Script Locator from the Menu
- Scan the bag label barcode that printed after finishing a script in Rx

Select Find Barcode

The handheld app will then load the information of the bag
- The 'Patient Name' is displayed at the top of the screen.
- 'Started By' shows who dispensed the script.
- 'My Notes' will display any notes assigned to the patient.
- The first way of marking a bag as COLLECTED is by Allocating the location(s) where the bag(s) will be placed within the pharmacy and mark the bag as Ready for Collection confirm
- If there is No Charge on the bag label, you can mark the bag(s) as Collected by scanning the bag label on the handheld unit

If there is a charge, scan the bag label through the till when the patient arrives to mark it as Collected

The script will then display as Collected in the back office, in the History section of Script Uploads
