Move the paper lever to the position marked 'REAR.'

Grasp the paper separator, lift it slightly, pull back on it, then swing it forward. Remove it from the printer for the time being.

Pull up on the lock levers on the tractors and open the tractor covers.

Lock Lever on the left and right-hand side ( pull toward yourself and slide to the left and right

Place the first two holes in the paper over the tractor pins on either side and close the tractor covers. Make sure that the pins are centred on the paper holes. The paper should be placed so that the text 'Prescription Claim Form' is on the top-right of the page facing down.

Move the tractors so that they fit the correct width of the paper - there should be no slack on the sheet. The sheet of paper should be perfectly flat. Close the lock levers once you have aligned the tractors to fit the width of the paper.

Ensure the paper is facing downward (toward the printer)

Lower the paper separator and place the wire guide on the pull-up roller assembly. Press 'FF/LOAD' to feed the paper into the printer. Use the 'Platen Knob' to draw the paper so that the top of the form is level with the serrated edge of the Access Cover.
