You can set up promotional vouchers on the promotion voucher screen. Promotional vouchers are issued automatically by the till as part of an active promotion. i.e. Spend x and receive a voucher for y for example.

There are three types of promotional vouchers

Value Voucher This is a voucher of a set value that will print on the completion of a sale that hits the trigger value.

Value Voucher (percentage of the current sale) This is a voucher of a set percentage of the current sale that will print as a voucher on completion of a sale that hits the trigger value.

Discount Voucher (percentage off next sale) This is a voucher of a set percentage off the next sale that will print on completion of a sale that hits the trigger value.

To Create any of the above, follow the below
- Open Retail 365 & Click the Promotions module

Choose a voucher type of 1. Voucher Value

Set the Voucher Value. This is the monetary value of the voucher that will print on the completion of the sale.

Set the Trigger Amount. This is the value of the sale less discounts that has to be reached to cause the voucher to print out.

Set the Expiry Days (optional). This is the number of days before the voucher will expire after it is created and given to the customer

Press Save Voucher

- Choose a voucher type of 2. Value Voucher (percentage of the current sale)

Set the Voucher Value. This is the percentage value of the current sale that a voucher will be printed for.

Set the Trigger Amount. This is the value of the sale less discounts that has to be reached to cause the voucher to print out.

Set the Expiry Days (optional). This is the number of days before the voucher will expire after it is created and given to the customer

Press Save Voucher

- Choose a voucher type of 3. Discount Voucher (percentage off next sale)

Set the Voucher Value. This is the set percentage that will print on the voucher on completion of the sale
