- Go to the Retail 365 home screen

Scan the product barcode or manually type in the product name into the search

Select the General Information tab

Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Status dropdown

From the Status dropdown you can choose the following:
- Active
- Discontinued
- Inactive
- Dormant
- Seasonally Discontinued

Select the status you would like and then click
-
The below message will then be displayed temporarily to let you know the change has been updated
- Dont forget to Create a Product Export so the till(s) knows of the change
