How to Create an Advice Message
- Open Config from the Back Office home screen
Select the 'Advice' tab

Click

Enter in your Advice message & click 'Save'
How to Add an Advice Message to a Product
- From the Retail 365 main screen, search for the product that you wish to assign an alert to either by name or barcode
- The product's file will then appear in a similar manner to that displayed below
- Click the Advice tab

Click the
button

The window displayed below will appear temporarily confirming that the advice message has been successfully
- The next time this product is sold at the till, this advice message will appear on the customer's receipt
How to Edit an Advice Message

Click on the Pencil Icon
beside the message you wish to edit

You can now make any changes you wish to the advise message
- Press
when complete
How to Delete an Advice Message
- To Delete an Advice Message, click the
icon next to the advice message you want to remove
