The ‘Repeat’ function in the ‘MDS’ module repeats the scripts from the previous cycle for a particular patient in the new cycle

• Select Modules-> MDS

• The MDS Module window will open

• Nursing Homes is selected by default

• Locate the Nursing Home you want to repeat items for and press Select

• Select Start Next Cycle

• Select OK top the Confirm Start New Cycle

• Select Repeat Scripts

• The below screen is then displayed. All patients are selected by default

• Click Repeat

• Click OK to the Processing Complete message

• Select Complete Scripts

• Select Complete on the below screen

• Select the Claim Period

• You will then see the below

• Select OK to the processing complete message

• Select Finish Cycle

  • PLEASE NOTE: You cannot finish a nursing home cycle if there are scripts still open and you have not completed all patients using the 'Complete' option
