How to Create a New Scheme
- Select Modules-> Configuration
- The below screen is then displayed to you
- Select 'Schemes'
- The 'Maintain Schemes' box will then be displayed

Click 'Insert'

The 'Insert Scheme' box will then be displayed
Details Tab
- Section A: Here you will fill out the Name of the scheme & the Short Code. You can also select a 'Scheme Type', Max Repeats, Script Valid for and you can also choose if it will be an On Lon or Emergency scheme type etc.
- Section B: Here you can set the dispensing details i.e. Markup Rates etc.
- Section C: Here you can set what is on the receipts i.e. No. of receipts to print, show the individual drug prices, Total Prices or Form Numbers etc.
- Section D: Here you can set the scheme to Ignore, Warn or Disallow 777 codes
Fees Tab

This tab allows you to set the Dispense Fee for when this scheme is selected when dispensing.

You can set the following:
- Standard
- Late Night
- Urgent
- Phased
- Over 70's
- Supervision Fee
- Not Dispensed Fee
- Controlled Drug (CD) Fee
- Reconstitution Fee
- You can also tick 'Override Price Points' - If you have a set dispense fee on a product(s), when you dispense this item(s) under this scheme and this setting is ticked, it will ignore the fee set on the individual product(s) and use the scheme fee.

In the below example, I have set a standard fee of €5.00
Other Tab:

Here you can set the scheme to use a default Drug or Bag Label template by selecting one from the dropdown.

You can also set an Advise Label to print, Print a Barcode & Print Warnings
- Once you have all your information for the scheme filled out, select **'OK'' to save
How to Edit a Scheme

After selecting schemes from the configuration module

Locate the scheme you want to edit , select it and then click the Edit button
- The 'Edit Scheme' box will then be displayed. Make the necessary changes & press OK to save
