Stock Take Variance Report

Details the stock variances in stock takes in a specified period. The scope of the report can also be set by the category, supplier(s), manufacturer(s), variance value and quantity, and store(s). It details each product in each stock take, the date, the opening stock quantity and value, the variance quantity and value, the additional adjustments due to sales during the stock and finally the closing stock quantity and value. The report can also be filtered by each of the report columns.

To run this report:

• Navigate to the Back Office--> Reports-->Stock-->Stock Take Variance Report

• Enter in the 'Date Range' & press 'Run Report'

• The report will be displayed similar to the below
