How to review product changes from Head Office

• Sign into the Back Office

• Select 'Product Exports' from the home page

• The Price Sync screen opens

• From here the store will press the 'Print shelf edge labels' button.

  • Print shelf edge labels button - Print off the price changes.
  • 'Sync Prices Now' Button - When they have finished putting up the new shelf edge labels they will then press the sink prices now to sync the retail price to the tills.
    • Note - You can configure the system that the retail price changes get synced straight to the till.

• The below message appears when the price change sync has completed.

Notifications

• Notifications --> The store get notified through the notifications icon that there is a new update from head office.

• View --> Using the view button on the notification screen it will take them straight to the price changes.
