Below are two ways you can install this printer:
1. USB
2. Install the driver manually
1. When the printer USB cable is connected, Windows 10/11 will automatically install the plug and play driver.
- Open Device Manager -> Printers & Scanners, select printer, and click ‘Manage’.
- Click 'Preferences'
- Set the Width & Height under 'Page Setup'
- Width: 69mm, Height: 36mm

Click 'Apply'

Select the Graphic Options tab and set the 'Dithering' to the same setting as shown in the image below

Click Apply & OK

Apply the same changes in 'Printing Defaults'
2. Install Driver Manually
- Open Device Manager -> Printers & Scanners, select printer, and click ‘Manage'
- Select 'Preferences'
- under the 'Options Tab' set the Width (69.00) & Height (36.00)

Press Apply

Click into 'Advanced Setup' Tab & press 'Calibrate'

Press Apply & OK

Apply the same changes in 'Printing Defaults'

For the manually installed driver, you will need to tick the ‘Thermal Printer’ option in Modules-> Config-> Label Printing
