Once you have your Brands list created you can now assign brands to products in multiple ways:

How to Assign a Brand to an Individual Product

• Open Retail 365

• Search for your product using the Product Search Box on the home screen

• Select the General Information and update the Brand field using the Brand dropdown as displayed below

• Click the button

• The below screen will then be displayed temporarily letting you know the product has been updated

How to Assign a Brand to 1 or More Products

• Open Retail 365

• Select the Advanced Search tile

• Click the button

• Apply the appropriate filters to your search as detailed in the How to apply filter(s) to your search section How To Add a filter

• Once you have applied the filter(s) and loaded your list tick the box beside the product(s) you wish to edit.

• You can choose certain products by ticking the box beside the product name

• Alternatively, you can select all products that match your search by clicking the checkbox beside Name

• To edit the selected product(s) click the pencil icon highlighted in the image displayed below

• Select the Brand you wish to assign to all products selected as displayed below

• Select the button

• The below screen will then be displayed temporarily letting you know the product has been updated
