• Go to Modules -> Orders

• Enter in your PIN number

• The below screen will then be displayed. Your preferred supplier order list is displayed.

  • To select a different supplier, use the supplier dropdown

• To send the order, select the Order button

• Using the Order Method dropdown, select Broadband and press OK

• The order will then be displayed in the Transmission tab and the status will be Transmitting. When the order has been sent to the supplier successfully, you will see the status change to Transmitted

NOTE: If the status does not change to TRANSMITTED in 5 minutes, the order will not send. Please contact Touchstore support.
