How to View a Patients PMR from the POS Screen

• Sign into the POS screen

• Select the 'Patients' button

• From here, you can search any patient in Touchstore Rx using the 'begin here to search for a patient' box

• When you select a patient from the returned list, a read-only view of their PMR is displayed on the screen
  • This is a live version of their PMR and should look exactly as it does in TouchStore Rx.

• This screen displays the following:

Patient Details:

• Patient Name
• Scheme type
• Doctor
• Card Reference
• D.O.B

Patient History:

• Dispense Date
• Form Number
• Product Dispensed
• Qty Dispensed
• Qty Owed
• Dosage
• Repeats
• Doctor
• Price

PLEASE NOTE: For increased security, we have added an automatic timeout when viewing a patient’s PMR on the Till screen. If a patient’s PMR is left open on screen for four minutes without activity, XPoS will automatically log the user out to the PIN screen.
