PLEASE NOTE: If a patient’s PMR is left open on screen for four minutes without activity, TouchStore RX will automatically log the user out of the Script Queue page.
- Select Modules -> Add to Script Queue
- When selected, the patient PMR will open in MyDay, where you can add this patient to the Script Queue.
- If there is no patient selected in Rx, you can use the patient search built into the Script Queue.
- Tab the item(s) to be dispensed & select Add to Script Queue
- The below message will then be displayed at the top of the screen
Three ways you can access the Script Queue from the Dispensary
1. By pressing Alt + Q on your keyboard
2. Going to the Script Uploads module on the Back Office
3. Double-clicking on the Script Queue counter displayed at the top of the screen when a patient is not selected (shown below)

Once any of the above three options are performed, you will be brought to the Scripts tab of the Script Uploads section on the Back Office

Select the script you wish to fulfil
- Select Start Fulfilling Script
- The patient's PMR will then open, and all of the items previously selected on the MyDay screen will be highlighted automatically
- The next step is to dispense the items. Do this by clicking the Repeat option.
Note: If you need to go back to view the Notes against this record in the Script Queue, you can do so by pressing Alt + Q at any stage. Select Back to Rx to return to the dispense.
- When you have pressed Complete on the script, you will be brought back to the My Day section of the Back Office. Select the Script Queue tab
- If/when the script is complete, select the patient from this screen and select Mark Script as Complete
- The script is now moved through to the Ready page

You can mark the script as ready by ticking the box to the left and selecting Collected/Ready, and it will then be moved to the History tab.
- If the bag label is scanned at the till, it automatically marks the script as collected and will be moved to the History tab
