When you assign an Advice Message to a product(s), they will be printed on the Bag Label when dispensed.
How to Assign Advice Messages to an Individual Product

Sign into the Rx 365 Back Office
- Alternatively, you can select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Search for you product using the Product Search bar
- Select the Advice tab
- The below screen will then be displayed

Using the Add a new advice message: dropdown, select the Advice message you want to assign to this product

Click Add

You can add more than one alert to a product by selecting another advice message from the dropdown

To remove an advice message click the bin icon
How to Assign an Advice Message to Multiple Products

Sign into the Rx 365 Back Office
- Alternatively, you can select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Select the Product Updates tile

The below screen will then be displayed.

You will need to give your task a Description
- In this example I have called it 'Advice Message Update'

Select your task --> 'Update Advice Messages for Products'

Click

The below screen will then be displayed (This works the same was as Advanced Search)

From here you'll be able to make advanced searches with multiple filters.

Start with specifying if your search either Contains, Starts With, or Ends With
- Or, you can use the Add a Filter button and choose a filter from the dropdown
- In the below example, I typed in CALPOL into the Contains box
- Scroll to the bottom and choose either Add Selected Products or Add all Products
- Click Finished Selection
- On the next screen, choose the advice message you want to assign to these products using the Advice dropdown
- You can also remove the selected Advice message from the selected product(s) by ticking Remove the selected advice from the selected product
- Select Apply Update
- The message will display temporarily letting you know the update has been complete
