The below will outline how to rectify the form number/sequence number not printing on receipts for the OKI 3320 & 3390
- If the Form Number is not printing on receipts go to:
1. Using the windows search type in Control Panel and select Devices & Printers
2. Right-click on the printer & select Printer Properties & Click Preferences
3. Click on the Advanced tab on the bottom right
4. Set the Paper/Output to be Receipt
5. Then go back to Printer Properties & Select the Advanced tab on the top
6. Click Printing Defaults & Select the Advanced tab on the bottom right
7. Set the Paper/Output to be Receipt
8. The form number should now print
