-
Press and hold the 'SEL' button, and then press the power switch to turn the printer back on again.

3. TouchStore Rx Configuration
Touchstore Rx must also be changed in Modules -> Configuration -> Label Printing -> Receipt Printing.
-
Tick 'Print Receipts'.
-
Tick 'IBM Emulation'.
-
Tick 'Form Feed'.
-

-
Make sure that 'Graphic Receipts' is unticked.
-
Click on another tab to save the settings.
-
Return to the 'Label Printing' tab, and click the 'Test Print' button to print a sample receipt.
7.1. If the text is printed too far to one side, you will need to lift the levers on the PIN tractors and slide them a small bit in the opposite direction. Keep doing this until a test print shows the text in the correct location.
7.2. If the Form Number was not printed then the option to print Form Numbers must be disabled in the scheme settings. You will need to restart Rx after changing this setting. If this is an Rx365 store, then you will need to enable this option on the Back Office.
