The Orders Awaiting Response tab displays any orders where we have not yet received a response from a supplier/wholesaler within 5 minutes that they have received your order.

Usually, this section will not display any information, and the screen will be displayed similar to the one below.

If there is an issue on the supplier side with not being able to receive the order, or Similar it will show in this section like this

If this occurs, please follow up with the Supplier to whom you sent the order.
