Click the
button beside the product
description in this screen if the product is an existing product with a new, unrecognized barcode -
Simply scan the existing product's barcode or enter the name in the field that appears

Select the product from the drop-down and Retail 365 will merge the two products together

- The window displayed below will temporarily appear, confirming that the Not on File product has been merged successfully
