In the Retail365 Back Office, there is a 'Reports' tile. In this section, you will find reports that provide information such as Pricing, VAT, Product Information, and more.

To access the reports module, navigate to the Back Office by pressing the Back Office button on your till menu as displayed below
Use your PIN to sign in and then navigate to the 'Reports' tile.
When you press the 'Reports' tile, you will get a screen as follows.
On the left-hand side of the screen, there is a menu list with different options
Daily Reports - Information from today's sales. Click the link to view Daily Reports
Sales - Extensive reporting on historic sales. Click the link to view Sales Reports
Payments - Information on all payments processed through the till. Click the link to view Payments Reports
Orders - Information on Suppliers, Transfers and VAT on items sent in an order.
Stock - Information on current stock, stock history and stock quantities.
Till Audit - Information on Cash lifts, discounts, Lodgments, refunds, payouts, etc.
Listings - Information on tasks, discontinued products, loyalty accounts, duplicate products, open/non scan keys, stock locations, etc.
Accounts - Account balances, Aged debtors report, gift card and loyalty account balances.
Internal Stats - Retail365 exception report and retail open ticket report.
Favourites - Group all of your most used reports here.
