Label Printers

Label printer will not print from PC it is connected to (Windows 11)

• Restart the PC that the label printer is connected to

• Power off the label printer, ensure you disconnect the black power cable from the back of the printer (using the on\off button will not work )

• Power on the PC/ When the PC comes back online, reconnect the power cable to the label printer

• Press the feed button on the printer to ensure it prints a label

• Go to Control Panel, select View devices and printers

• Select Printers & Scanners

• Select your printer

• Select Print Test Page

• If the test print is successful, launch Rx and try a new script
