Below explains the Product Dashboard Screen. It is made up of two sections:
- Product Dashboard
- Last 10 Stock Movements
Product Dashboard
- To see the Product Dashboard, log in to the Rx365 Back Office and in the product name or barcode search type the name of the product you are looking for.
- The following Screen will appear.
- This screen is made up of 8 sections
- Qty On Hand
- Displays what the system believes you currently have in stock
- Performance
- How the product has performed over the past 4 weeks in terms of dispensing
- Last Dispensed
- Date the product was last dispensed in the store and the number of months since then.
- Last Received
- Date you last received the product in an order from your supplier.
- Product Details
- These are the details provided by the IPU update.
- Product Identifiers
- Contains Barcodes, IPU codes, and GMS number also provided by the IPU update.
- Product Usage
- How many have been dispensed across the last:
- 7 days
- 8 - 30 days
- 31 - 60 days
- 61 - 90 days
- Best Day
- Last Ordered Date
- How many have been dispensed across the last:
- Product Location
- Applies if you have multiple stock locations, such as Robot, Warehouse, Store, or Storeroom.
- Qty On Hand
Last 10 Stock Movements
- This section displays the last 10 movements of the product within the store, across these headings:
- Date
- Staff
- Original Quantity
- Adjustment Quantity
- Resulting Quantity
- Reason
- Patient
