Below explains the Product Dashboard Screen. It is made up of two sections:

• Product Dashboard
• Last 10 Stock Movements

Product Dashboard

• To see the Product Dashboard, log in to the Rx365 Back Office and in the product name or barcode search type the name of the product you are looking for.

• The following Screen will appear.

• This screen is made up of 8 sections
  • Qty On Hand
    • Displays what the system believes you currently have in stock
  • Performance
    • How the product has performed over the past 4 weeks in terms of dispensing
  • Last Dispensed
    • Date the product was last dispensed in the store and the number of months since then.
  • Last Received
    • Date you last received the product in an order from your supplier.
  • Product Details
    • These are the details provided by the IPU update.
  • Product Identifiers
    • Contains Barcodes, IPU codes, and GMS number also provided by the IPU update.
  • Product Usage
    • How many have been dispensed across the last:
      • 7 days
      • 8 - 30 days
      • 31 - 60 days
      • 61 - 90 days
      • Best Day
      • Last Ordered Date
  • Product Location
    • Applies if you have multiple stock locations, such as Robot, Warehouse, Store, or Storeroom.

Last 10 Stock Movements

• This section displays the last 10 movements of the product within the store, across these headings:
  • Date
  • Staff
  • Original Quantity
  • Adjustment Quantity
  • Resulting Quantity
  • Reason
  • Patient
