Sign into the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Search for your product using the product search bar
- The below screen will then be displayed

Select the General Information tab from the side bar

From here you can Set/Change the Products Pack Size & Case Size
-
Simply key in the Pack & Case size and press
-
The below screen will then be displayed temporarily letting you know the product has been updated
