Sign in to the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Search for your product using the product search bar
- The screen below will then be displayed

Select the General Information tab from the side bar

From here, you can set/change the Products Pack Size & Case Size

Simply key in the Pack & Case size and press
-
The screen below will then be displayed temporarily, letting you know the product has been updated
