Open Touchstore Rx

Select Modules -> Product Maintenance
- Enter in you PIN number
- Select Alerts from the blue bar
- If you have an Alert Message already created, select it from the Alert Text dropdown
- Click Insert Product
- Search for the product(s) you want to assign the alert message to
- Highlight your product and press select to select an individual item or press select all to select all items returned in your search
- To create a new Alert Message, click Insert/ Edit Alerts
- Click Insert on the following screen
- Type in your new alert message and press OK
- Click close

Click Close again

Restart Rx.

When you dispense the product(s) the assigned alert message will now print on a separate label
