Please note that you must enable Owings Transparency before being able to claim for these two schemes electronically.

How to enable the EU & DE schemes for electronic claiming on Touchstore RX

The PCRS now accept claims for Dental and EU schemes electronically. To enable this in Touchstore RX:

• Go to Modules -> Configuration

• Press the Schemes button at the top of the screen

• Select EU National Scheme from the list of schemes and press the Edit button

• Under the Details tab, change the Claim Authority to GMS (Payments) Board - EDI

  

• Click OK at the bottom of the screen

• Repeat these steps for GMS Dental

• Once that's all done, you will now see EU & DE schemes available in the normal electronic section of your claims module alongside your normal claimable schemes
