Free Item - Specified Item Free

Specified Item Free promotion type allows for a specified product to be given for free when a number of selected products are sold in a sale. Example buy 3 specific shampoos and get 1 conditioner free.

Note: To use this promotion type, A free Item Product has to be set up in the Free Items tab first. click here to add a free item

Creating the Specified Item Free Promotion

• Give the promotion a Description

• From the 'Type' dropdown, select 'Specified Item Free'

• Enter a Start & End Date for your promotion

• Trigger Level determines how many of the selected products need to be sold before getting the specified free item product

• Free Item Choose the Free Item you set up and this will be given for free.

• Products in this Promotion box

  • Scroll down to add products to this promotion.
  • Once the Trigger Level number of these selected products are sold, the specified free item product will be given for free.
