How to void a full transaction
To void a single item:
- Select the particular item to the left of the sales screen to highlight it.
- Press the Void Item button.
- In the below example, this would void the "PANADOL EXTRA TABS".
To void a complete sale:
- Press the Void Sale button.
- The below message will then be displayed. Click 'Yes' to void or 'No' to continue with the sale
