Missing Form/Sequence Number - OKI 3320 & 3390

• If the Form Number is not printing on receipts go to:

1. Using the windows search type in Control Panel and select Devices & Printers

2. Right-click on the printer & select Printer Properties & Click Preferences

3. Click on the Advanced tab on the bottom right

4. Set the Paper/Output to be Receipt

5. Then go back to Printer Properties & Select the Advanced tab on the top

6. Click Printing Defaults & Select the Advanced tab on the bottom right

7. Set the Paper/Output to be Receipt

8. The form number should now print

OKI 3320 - Text Faded

• If the text is very faded on the receipts, make sure the Ribbon Head (displayed below) in the OKI is inserted correctly and the blue lever on the left is pushed forward

OKI ML3320 - Printing Too Slow

If receipts are printing too slow, change the Print Quality from NLQ to UTL
