- Account adjustments report - This report displays all account adjustments that have been made over the specified period. This includes the date, the staff member, the account number, the account name, the adjustment value, the reason, and the balance.
To run this report go to:
- Navigate to the Back Office--> Reports-->Accounts-->Account adjustments report
- Enter in the 'Date Range' & press 'Run Report'
- The report will be displayed similar to the below
