• After setting your patient as a Regular patient, you can now start inputting your dispense

Note: The reminder date will not appear for the first dispense. It will appear after the first repeat.

• Start by clicking New Script (Keyboard: Alt + I)

• Insert the item(s) to be dispensed

• Press Complete (Keyboard: Alt + M) when all items have been inserted

• The item will then appear on the patient's PMR as normal

• When the patients returns for this item(s) select the item(s) and click Repeat (Keyboard: Alt + P)

• Make any required changes and click Complete

• The item(s) will then be displayed with the next reminder date in the Reminder column - see below example. My item was repeated on the 29.07.2025 and my default reminder period is 10 days so the reminder date would be for the 08.08.2025
