Tags are used as an Identifier. Tags can be added to products and they are used to narrow your product search
How to Create Product Tags

Sign into the Rx365 Back Office

Select the Config tile
- Select Tags from the side bar
- The below screen will then be displayed with any existing tags that have been created

To create a new tag, click

The below screen will then be displayed

You will need to enter in the following:
- Tag Description: Enter tag name
- Type: Select a type from the dropdown - Loyalty or Product
- Shape: Select a shape from the dropdown - Circle, Diamond or Star

When created click the Save button
How To Add a Tag(s) to a product:

Sign into the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

Search for your product using the product search bar
- The below screen will then be displayed - Select Tags from the side bar

The below screen is then displayed

Select your tag you want to assign to this product using the 'select tag' dropdown

You can add an 'active to date' if you wish, if not, leave this blank

Click Add
-
The below message will then be displayed temporarily letting you know your tag has been added successfully
How To Add a Tag(s) to multiple products:

You can apply tags to multiple products via the Product Updates tab on the Rx 365 back office home page
