If HO Syncing is enabled in Store Settings, then products will be automatically synced with Head Office when Head Office creates a Product Export. Below will detail how you can disable some attributes from being synced automatically.

• Sign in to the Rx365 Back Office or select Modules -> Product Maintenance

• Search for your product using the product search bar

• The screen below will then be displayed

• Select the HO Updates tab from the side bar

• The screen below will then be displayed.

• Tick any of the below if you do not want them to be synced automatically for this product

• Click Save
